Chocolate contains phenylethylamine and serotonin, which are thought to be mood boosters and mild sexual stimulants. Add some hot water or milk, mix well and savor each sip.
A source of manganese – a mineral with documented aphrodisiac effects – cinnamon increases blood flow and raises body temperature. Add a dash to everything from savory stews to baked goods for a spicy burst of flavor.
Low libido? Ayurvedic experts say that cardamon can help turn up the heat by increasing blood flow and circulation. Often called the Queen of Spices, this flavorful gem will steal the show in savory as well as dessert dishes.
These large flakey salt crystals are prized by chefs for their crisp flavor and delicate texture – the perfect finishing touch to our Spiced Chocolate-Covered Strawberries.
One of the best-known mood enhancers, nutmeg imitates the effects of serotonin. It also acts as an aphrodisiac by stimulating the central nervous system. This warm and pungent spice adds a depth of flavor to dishes that can't be replicated.

How old are these spices?
We purchase what we need every year right after the spices are harvested. These spices are as fresh as you can get. They are not sitting in a warehouse for multiple years. The oldest spices we carry will be one year old compared to the commodity market which warehouses spices for 10+ years before selling them to you.
