This sweet blend is truly something special because it was inspired by my love for eating and baking cinnamon rolls. I wanted to take the same bold flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and sugar in cinnamon rolls and introduce them as a dry spice that can be enjoyed on everything sweet. Think “all-purpose” blend for desserts and sweet treats! I introduce a bit of my Jamaican culture with the addition of warm spices like allspice and ginger, which adds a beautiful depth of complex flavor. Use this blend in any sweet recipe such as cakes, cupcakes, pastries, breads, oatmeal, coffee, cocktails/mocktails, and more.
