Trent built his career as a professional chef in San Francisco for 11 years, where he developed a deep respect for the history and power of spices in shaping cuisine. His global travels and kitchen experience inspired him to craft blends that bring authentic flavor and consistency to professional kitchens, businesses and homes alike.
