Hummus with Marinated Sumac Onions

MARINATED SUMAC ONIONS W/ Spice Tribe’s WILD CURED SUMAC 🧡🧅
You guys have gotta try these. They are way too easy to make and delicious on just about everything. Thank you Spice Tribe for hooking it up with some unique flavor combos. You guys should check it out! They have tons of interesting blends and source their spices from the best of the best. You can truly taste the care and love ground into every small batch of spices they put out.
Ingredients:
- 1 large red onion sliced thinly as desired
- 45g Red wine vinegar
- 70g Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Spice Tribe Wild Cured Sumac
- Zest of 1⁄2 a lemon
- Juice of 1⁄2 a lemon
- Big pinch of good salt to taste
- Lots of fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
- It’s super simple!!
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, give it a good mix, and allow to sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes
- They only get better with time. Store in the Fridge and enjoy :)
