Banana Bread

Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
- 4 pcs Banana, crushed
- 3 tsp Spice Tribe Masa Mole Mexican Blend
- 1½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped
- ¾ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and crushed bananas, combine well.
- Sift together Masa Mole Mexican Blend, flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture, add vanilla, walnut and chocolate chips. Mix just until combined without overmixing it.
- Pour into a greased and flour dusted loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F/180°C for 55 minutes.
