Black Garlic Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced/grated
- 2 Small Shallots, minced
- ¼ tsp Spice Tribe Maras Chile Flakes
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- 1-2 tsp Spice Tribe Caramelized Black Garlic Salt
- 3 bunches Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Spice Tribe Oregano Flower Buds, crushed
- 2 cups Olive Oil
- ¾ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ tsp Spice Tribe Late Harvest Black Peppercorns, freshly ground

Directions
- Mix garlic, shallots, lemon, salt and chile flakes in a mixing bowl and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and combine thoroughly.
- Serve with grilled meat, veggies or just bread.
