Black Garlic Chimichurri

Serving Size: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 4 cloves Garlic, minced/grated
• 2 Small Shallots, minced
• ¼ tsp Spice Tribe Maras Chile Flakes
• 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
• 1-2 tsp Spice Tribe Caramelized Black Garlic Salt
• 3 bunches Parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp Spice Tribe Oregano Flower Buds, crushed
• 2 cups Olive Oil
• ¾ cup Red Wine Vinegar
• ½ tsp Spice Tribe Late Harvest Black Peppercorns, freshly ground

Directions

1. Mix garlic, shallots, lemon, salt and chile flakes in a mixing bowl and let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine thoroughly.
3. Serve with grilled meat, veggies or just bread.
