½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 pcs Eggs, beaten
4 pcs Banana, crushed
3 tsp Spice Tribe Masa Mole Mexican Blend
1½ cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Vanilla
½ cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped
¾ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and crushed bananas, combine well.
Sift together Masa Mole Mexican Blend, flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture, add vanilla, walnut and chocolate chips. Mix just until combined without overmixing it.
Pour into a greased and flour dusted loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F/180°C for 55 minutes.
