Mole Enchiladas with Homemade Crème

I made the most amazing mole enchiladas and homemade crème using Spice Tribe’s unique spice blends.


Homemade Crème Recipe:

Add All Products


  • Cook down onion and garlic until tender (about 5 minutes)
  • Add Masa Mole blend, cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add broth. Carefully, blend until smooth.
  • Add sauce back into the pan. Add sugar free chocolate, cocoa powder, almond butter, and sea salt.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes until thick and creamy.
  • Pour over enchiladas and bake for 25 minutes on 375.
  • Top with homemade crème and green onion. And enjoy!
