Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls

Spice Tribe sent over a few of their spice blends & the second I saw there was a chef-special mix reminiscent of Vietnamese Nem Nướng Sausage Mix, I knewwwww I needed to try it. Cha-gio-ish style was THE MOVE and the entire plate was practically devoured in less than ten minutes. This dish comes together super fast & is most definitely a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Ground pork
- 1/4 cup Chopped basil & cilantro
- 1/4 cup Chopped scallion
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1-2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Spice Tribe Nem Nướng Sausage Mix
Instructions:
- Wrap in your favorite roll-wrapper, fry in a neutral oil & serve with crisp lettuce, fresh shredded veggies & more herbs.
- Oh & don’t forget to dip in nuoc cham (I go untraditional & mix mine with honey instead of sugar to give it a “sweet & sour sauce” vibe/consistency)
