Our 4 Step Process
STEP 1
Initial Assessment
To guide you through the process efficiently, we begin with a brief discussion about your business needs. We currently offer over 200 blends to address virtually any requirement your brand may have.
STEP 2
Sample Selection
We will provide a selection of 12 suggested spice blends tailored to your business. Once a placeholder order has been placed, we will send 2 oz samples of your 3 or 4 preferred blends. These samples will be shipped in a presentation box using either glass or plastic jars, based on your preference.
STEP 3
Packaging Selection
Choose your ideal packaging format. We offer 2 oz. and 4 oz. barrier packages, as well as 2 oz. and 4 oz. glass or plastic jars. We highly suggest using the 4 oz. jar, as it significantly elevates the overall presentation and customer experience. The presentation box itself is an ideal branding opportunity with ample space for your brand or product message.

Branding Integration
Send us your branding information, including your logo, brand story, or any specific message you wish to convey to your customers. Once we review this information and discuss layout and design, we will send you a label proof for final approval.

Everything You Need To Know
Do you provide samples?
Yes, if you are ordering one of our signature blends, we will send you samples via USPS. If you are ordering a custom blend, we allow 2 rounds of sampling and testing to produce your perfect blend.
What is your lead time?
From the moment you approve your sample (s) to delivery is 10-12 weeks. This is typically 1/2 the time of most of the industry.
From where are your spices sourced?
We pride ourselves in sourcing the most potent, pure and premium spices from around the world. Our chefs travel the world and work with farmers and suppliers to find the best ingredients. If you need a certain country of origin or growing region, let us know and we will find your spice.
How do you ship?
We have partnerships with a variety of shipping companies, but if you have a preferred partner let us know and we will work with you and your shipper to provide the most cost efficient and rapid route.
How does your pricing work?
We have 3 price tiers for most of our spices. If you require certain certifications or specifications, we can discuss options with you, but most of our 4 oz packages run from $5-$10 per unit
