Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Items must be in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is required
Perishable goods (including food items), custom or special orders, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at support@spicetribe.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@spicetribe.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
