Two chefs set off on a journey to make the most delicious hot sauce using the elusive Aji Rocoto pepper. Years of tasting and searching led us to a small farm in Ecuador where we ferment the Rocoto and mix it with a unique coastal plantain vinegar, creating an unmatched farm to flavor experience.

Trent and team whipped up a winner. I have 20-30 different hot sauces on hand at a time and this has become my go-to. Nice heat but it takes a back seat to flavor. FANTASTIC!!!!

This hot sauce is great! it reminds me of the flavors of my country's cuisine, I haven't had a rocoto hot sauce this flavorful that taste as fresh and pure as this one with the a perfect mild heat so it doesn't burn my mouth. Also it has no additive nor preservative, crazy good!!

As a hot sauce enthusiast, I've enjoyed the spectrum from the Srirachas to the Cholula's, Tabasco to the Tapatios, Truffs to where the Hot Ones collection meets Melinda's, and yet, there is a special place for Spice Tribe's Roco Hot sauce.
It's probably the cleanest hot sauce in the market with only 3 ingredients.
