I have found this to be a unique flavor on the few dishes I have used it on so far. I do look forward to cooking more and experimenting.
I have never used a spice like this, and had no idea how versatile it could be! I have put it in eggs and on pasta, but my favorite use is actually coating scallops and putting them in an air fryer. Sooooo good! It has been really fun for this inexperienced chef to play around with porcini!
I loved the porcini powder. It added a delicious complexity to a mushroom pasta dish I made. Great flavor!
