Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 20 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Lovely Seasoning The Original
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 brioche hamburger buns, sliced in half
- 2 cups arugula
Directions:
-
Cook the Shrimp:
In a large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Toss the shrimp with the seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, working in batches if needed. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside, covering to keep warm. -
Make the Spicy Chile Butter:
In the same skillet, add the chopped garlic and chili flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the butter, lemon juice, and cilantro. Stir until well combined. Return the shrimp to the pan, turn off the heat, and toss until coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. -
Prepare the Buns:
While the shrimp is resting, place the brioche buns under the broiler for about 1 minute, or until lightly toasted. -
Assemble the Rolls:
Layer each toasted bun with a handful of arugula. Place five shrimp on each roll and drizzle with any extra melted butter from the pan. -
Serve:
Repeat with all the buns and serve immediately for a fresh, flavorful meal!
