Miso Butter Yams
- 1–2 yams or sweet potatoes
- 4 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp white miso (add up to 4 Tbsp of miso depending on how strong and salty it is, taste and add more until you love it)
- 1 tsp Kissed by Binchotan Japanese Chile Blend
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Bake yams for an hour or so.
- Make miso butter while they cook.
- Skin yams and mashed.
- Fold in butter and season with more salt if desired.
- Finish with extra Kissed by Binchotan if you like it spicy.
