I originally bought this to make Michael Twitty's Hoppin John recipe, but it's now on my regular rotation! The flavor is complex, and it highlight anything I've put it on in place of "regular" ground pepper. I think, if you're daring, you could even use it on some spicy desserts. I'm glad I bought two of them!
