Tacos aren’t just for Tuesday anymore!  We’ve got the perfect accompaniment for all who love any variety of Mexican food with this pairing of spices and our new hot sauce. Each of these items can be used independently or combined when creating the perfect fiesta any day of the week. 

 This box includes:

• California Love - Chef Trent’s all-purpose blend, inspired by the flavors of his childhood in California, spending time with his dad in the kitchen, spreading love through food.
• Aged Anchovy Salt - this gourmet salt embodies the rich heritage of Southeast Asia, offering a robust and tangy profile that brings an authentic burst of depth to your meals.
• Masa Mole - a blend of roasted Mexican chiles and warm spices reminiscent of the complex mole sauces found throughout Mexico, containing Mexican ancho, guajillo, and chipotle chilies with cinnamon, allspice, garlic, onion, and oregano.
• Roco Hot Sauce – our NEW limited batch offering made from the elusive Aji Rocoto pepper the has a tropical fruit & vibrant tang, combined with mouthwatering heat. 

Some jars may include a sifter due to manufacturing variations, but we've chosen to remove them going forward to reduce plastic, prevent moisture issues, and make scooping easier.
