Grilled Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 whole Dressed Chicken
• 1 bunch Cilantro
• 1 bunch Parsley
• 1 bunch Thyme (picked off stems)
• 1 bunch Scallions
• 1 pc Jalapeño Pepper
• 2 tsp Ginger
• ¼ cup Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Cali Jerk Some Spice Blend

Add All Products

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until the mixture is smooth in consistency
2. Marinate chicken in blend over night.
3. Grill your chicken until it’s charred evenly
4. Finish in the oven at 375°F for 25 minutes
