Moroccan Spiced Granola

This recipe is an easy way to batch granola for all of your breakfast needs. Don’t sleep on this sweet and savory granola as a salad topper or garnish to add crunch to any of your savory meals or even desserts!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Marrakesh Sitar Moroccan Blend
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 150 ml Orange Juice
- 3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 tbsp Pine Nuts
- 3 tbsp Currants
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Serve with Greek yogurt

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the rolled oats with honey, orange juice, and Marrakesh sitar, and season to taste with salt.
- Spread the oats on a baking tray in a thin layer and bake in oven for 20 min or until golden brown. They will get crispier as they cool.
- While the oats are baking, take a sauté pan and heat over medium heat.
- Add the nuts and seeds and toast, stirring frequently so the nuts don’t burn.
- Once the nuts and seeds are fragrant and golden, add the olive oil and season to taste with salt. The olive oil helps the salt stick and adds a nice roasted salty flavor to the sweet, aromatic granola.
- Once oats are cooked and removed from the oven, add the nuts, seeds, and currants. Mix everything together.
- Enjoy with Greek yogurt or as a salad topper for extra crunch.
