Spiced Amchur Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp Banaganapalli Amchur
- 1 tbsp Atibele Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Kashimiri Red Chili
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Sacred Valley Pink Peruvian Salt,freshly grated

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a mixing bowl combine the Banaganapalli Amchur powder, Atibele Ginger powder and Kashmiri red chili, set aside.
- Drizzle the chicken wings with olive oil.
- Toss to coat the chicken wings evenly in the spice mixture.
- Season the chicken wings with salt.
- Spread the chicken wings on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
