Spiced Amchur Chicken Wings

    1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C). 
    2. In a mixing bowl combine the Banaganapalli Amchur Powder, Atibele Ginger Powder and Kashmiri Red Chili, set aside.
    3. Drizzle the chicken wings with olive oil.
    4. Toss to coat the chicken wings evenly in the spice mixture.
    5. Season the chicken wings with Sacred Valley Pink Peruvian Salt.
    6. Spread the chicken wings on a baking sheet.
    7. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
    8. Serve immediately.
