Spiced Amchur Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 tbsp Spice Tribe Banaganapalli Amchur
- 1 tbsp Spice Tribe Atibele Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Spice Tribe Kashimiri Red Chili
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Sacred Valley Pink Peruvian Salt, freshly grated
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C).
- In a mixing bowl combine the Banaganapalli Amchur Powder, Atibele Ginger Powder and Kashmiri Red Chili, set aside.
- Drizzle the chicken wings with olive oil.
- Toss to coat the chicken wings evenly in the spice mixture.
- Season the chicken wings with Sacred Valley Pink Peruvian Salt.
- Spread the chicken wings on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
