Who is Chef Stuart O'Keeffe?
Celebrity Chef Stuart O'Keeffe is an accomplished professional chef with 20+ years of experience, food columnist, and television personality. He's best known for being on Food Network’s “Private Chefs of Beverly Hills”, a judge on “Chopped”, and featured chef on OWN’s “Home Made Simple”. Born in Ireland, he received a B.A. in Culinary Arts at the Dublin Institute of Technology. He then learned French haute cuisine in Bordeaux. Chef Stu specializes in hearty and healthy Continental and New American meals with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Why did Chef Stu create the Lovely Seasoning Collection?
As a celebrity private chef in homes across Los Angeles, it used to drive me crazy to make a Greek seasoning 6-7 times every week. I would never make a big batch, and I wondered, why isn’t this out there? So, 3 years ago I made The Original with the help of a woman owned business in Boston, then BBQ, then Greek. Now I'm launching Fiesta Fuego for the first time with Spice Tribe! Creating my seasoning line has been a passion project that combines years of cooking, experimenting, and finding the perfect balance of flavors that transform any dish. I wanted to share that experience and make these blends accessible to everyone, so no matter where you are, you can have a taste of restaurant-quality flavors in your own kitchen.
