My favorite is the Caramelized black garlic salt, it adds so much oomp to stir fries and any protein. And there's no sugar!
I also love the truffle salt. It has real truffle, none of the fillers with truffle oil essence or 'natural flavors'. LOL how does Spice Tribe make any money adding so much real French truffles? It's took my popcorn and Mac and cheese game to the next level.
The aged anchovy salt is a great substitute for fish sauce, and adds the umami, without the funk.
