Mole Enchiladas with Homemade Crème

I made the most amazing mole enchiladas and homemade crème using Spice Tribe’s unique spice blends.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Red onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Spice Tribe Masa Mole Mexican blend
- 1 1/2 cups Bone broth
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free chocolate
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- Sea salt
Homemade Crème Recipe:
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Ancient Halaby Middle Eastern Chile Blend
- Sea salt
- Mix and refrigerate.
Instructions:
- Cook down onion and garlic until tender (about 5 minutes)
- Add Masa Mole blend, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add broth. Carefully, blend until smooth.
- Add sauce back into the pan. Add sugar free chocolate, cocoa powder, almond butter, and sea salt.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Pour over enchiladas and bake for 25 minutes on 375.
- Top with homemade crème and green onion. And enjoy!
