Walnut Tacos

Walnuts can make the perfect meat replacement, yes, walnuts. It’s really all so simple and easy when you have the right flavor to enhance it. I used spice blends from Spice Tribe to take it up a notch, having authentic spices and peppers incorporated into it.


Add All Products


  1. Boil raw walnuts for 1 hr, strain and add to a food processor. Pulse for a few seconds until nuts are minced and grinded.
  2. In a skillet, add your preferred oil, incorporate your spice blends to enhance the meat replacement. Cook for 3-5 mins.
  3. Set up your shells and add arugula, yellow rice, cabbage, carrots, vegan meat and cream sauce.
  4. Top with cilantro and serve with limes.
