About The Spices
Sacred Valley Pink Peruvian Salt: Our Pink Peruvian salt is hand harvested from ponds on top of the Andes Mountains close to Machu Picchu making it mineral rich and of the highest caliber for any and every dish you create.
Late Harvest Black Peppercorns: Once you've tasted the difference between regular pepper and freshly ground peppercorns pepper, you won't be able to go back. Our Late Harvest Black Peppercorns are vine ripened until red before drying giving them a ruby hue and a unique fruity spice that we grind fresh on nearly every dish.
California Dried Garlic: In California’s fertile San Joaquin Valley, family farms have been growing garlic from heirloom seeds for generations. Much of the 25,000 acres of garlic is destined for drying. For cooks, dried garlic is less temperamental in a hot skillet than chopped raw garlic.
California Dried Onion: Our California onions grow from heirloom seeds planted in the rich soil of the central San Joaquin Valley. Highly pungent when fresh, these onions have even more flavor and aroma when dried. They add a rich, toasty flavor to a wide variety of dishes, from soups to salad dressings.
Tips for Success

- Use this dry garlic almost anywhere you would use fresh garlic or you can grind it into a fine powder and use in your own spice blends and rubs.
- You can use dried onion in all cooking applications from sauces, stews or grind it into a fine powder and use in your own spice blends and rubs.
How old are these spices?
We purchase what we need every year right after the spices are harvested. These spices are as fresh as you can get. They are not sitting in a warehouse for multiple years. The oldest spices we carry will be one year old compared to the commodity market which warehouses spices for 10+ years before selling them to you.
Are these blends certified organic?
Unfortunately we do not have any certifications at this time but most of our spices are organically grown and all of them are non gmo. Each ingredient can be traced back to its origin. Email email@example.com for any questions.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes you can. In the cart open 'Is this a gift?' and type your note below 'Add a Gift Note 🎁'. The note will be visible on the packing slip.
